General Terms & Conditions

1. Rates are quoted in Philippine Peso.

2. For bookings made via our OTA partners, standard check-in time is 2:00 PM while check-out time is 12:00 noon.

3. For walk-in guests, flexible time is offered. Duration of stay will start at the time of check-in. For example, if a walk-in guest checks in at 10:00 am for 22 hours, the guest’s check-out time shall be 8:00 am of the next day. On-site rates are as follows:

Introductory Room Rates:

1 Night (22 hours) – PHP 1,200.00

6 hours – PHP 600.00

4 hours – PHP 500.00

 

 

Note that rates stated above may change without prior notice.

4. Full payment should be settled upon check-in through the following options:
     a. Cash by means of the kiosks on-site
     b. Credit Card at the Front Desk
     c. Cashless transactions via Paymaya QR & BDO Terminal

5. Any request for extensions shall be subject to availability of rooms. Should there be any available room, charges will be applied and will be a payment-first basis. Requests shall be made directly at the Front Desk.

6. Cancellations made at 6 days prior to arrival date shall be free of charge. Any cancellation received within 3 days prior to arrival date will incur 50% of the total booking price.

7. Failure to arrive on the reservation date shall be treated as “No-Show” and will incur the total booking price and no refund shall be given.

8. Upon check-in, a security deposit of PHP 100.00 for the keycard shall be charged. This shall be refunded upon check-out upon presentation of signed refund stub.
